- Initial Consult: We sit down together in your kitchen and create your taste profile. Don't like onions? I won't use any. Want me to make your grandma's recipe for meatloaf? Sure!
- Menu Planning: I will choose just the right dishes for you and your family. You can review each menu and make any changes or special requests.
- Cook Day: I'll shop for the freshest ingredients, bring them to your home along with everything needed to create your meals.
- Clean-up: Your kitchen will be left spotless with just the aroma of your home-cooked meals filling the air. I'll even take the trash away!
Cooking Classes in Your Home
Kids in the Kitchen: What a fun way to celebrate a birthday or other special occasion. Chef Rachel will work with you to create a personalized learning experience and menu just for your group. Great for teens also!
Cooking Parties: Why not hold a cooking class in your own kitchen? Learn to create a delicious dinner while having fun with your friends! It's a great way to host a party and unlike other home parties, nobody feels pressured to buy anything. It's all about good friends, good food and good fun!
Couples Cooking What could be more romantic than preparing a gourmet dinner with your special someone? Learn the basics or master some new techniques and then savor the results together by candlelight.

Meal Planning: I'll e-mail you with your recipes for the week, along with your shopping list.
Grocery Shopping: You send me your shopping list and I'll pick out the freshest ingredients for you and deliver them to your home.
Shop and Chop: Your ingredients are prepped, chopped and stored in your fridge so you can throw together a tasty meal any night of the week.
Dinner Party: A romantic dinner for two or a casual dinner for 12 - I'll concentrate on making the meal great, you concentrate on enjoying your own dinner party!
Home Cooking Instruction: I'll show you how to make those dishes you've always loved, so you'll be able to enjoy them anytime.
